Solicitud de aclaración y adición de la Sentencia T-452/22.
El peticionario formuló una serie de preguntas tendiente a que la Corte precisara el alcance de cada uno de los temas abordados en el referido fallo.
La Sala de Revisión RECHAZÓ las pretensiones formuladas por el accionante, porque consideró que lo que quería era convertir la solicitud de adición y aclaración en una especie de tercera instancia.
Se recordó que la Corte Constitucional no es un órgano de consulta y que dentro de las funciones que le fueron asignadas en el artículo 241 Superior no se encuentra la de brindar respuesta a inquietudes o dudas sobre los efectos futuros de sus decisiones y las vías de protección de derechos que tienen las personas, ya que sus atribuciones son jurisdiccionales y no consultivas.
